Class Schedule

This is the basic schedule for class training at the Woodruff Physical Education Center during the week. Please check the NEWS GROUP CALENDAR for updates on special events, cancelled classes or other important dates.

Fall Academic Schedule

August 25, 2007 - December 19, 2007
Tuesday : 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Thursday : 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Sunday : 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Classes are held in the Multipurpose Room of the WoodPEC on the Emory Central Campus. A PDF map of the campus is available for driving directions. Non-Emory Community members must aquire a pass to gain access to the WoodPEC for extended periods of time; a pass will be provided when a prospect joins the club.

Beginners without previous martial arts experience are invited to watch one class before practicing on the mat; a class instructor may invite students with aikido, judo, or jujitsu experience to practice following a short interview. Students must fill out a and remit the waiver with their membership payment before they will be allowed to train regularly; you may visit our NEWSGROUP FILES to download the Fitness Emory waiver, or ask a club representative for a paper copy of the form. Forms may be returned to Emory Aikikai or the WoodPEC wil payment. To learn more about membership, please visit our section on Membership.
